I remember when I was there the first time almost 6 years ago, I thought it was a beautiful spot. Haven't been there in forever though.

I see the logic in choosing the spot. It's out of the way, not part of the normal game progression.
Someone did mention Denravi, which I kinda like better. It's clear that the game developers originally had bigger plans for the place, and it's sad that an area that massive never sees any people unless the ZM was Aurora Glade.

It also has FULL services. Rune, material, rare material traders and everything else.
ITC is pretty, but it's cramped and doesn't have all the services I like in a BoO (Base of Operations)

I would like to point out that was supposed to be the idea of Embark Beach, creating a useful hub for PUG's (I feel bad that it didn't work out, but they really shouldn't have launched it the same day as 7 heroes).

I usually AFK in Grendich Courthouse and it has long been my favorite play in Guildwars, If enough move to ICT, i may have to come along to see what all the fuss is about.

Seems this happened to a lot of people. I remember the first time I got there with a couple of friends and we were all surprised how empty it was and thought it would make a pretty cool hideout

I guess it's because it's pretty out of the way and there's no story reason to go there.

I LOVE Grendich Courthouse. When I was new to the game (non-max armor, no elite skills), I used to farm in the Flame Temple Corridor for gold and charr hides. I would wake up before my wife on a Saturday morning to do a few farming runs. Grendich Courthouse and Sifhalla are my favorite outposts in the game.

I might stop by ITC one of these days. I always thought it was a great, out-of-the-way place and would love to see it when it's busy!

was there last night, gave me a good excuse to actually enter the place...after 100% tyria exploration it donned on me once I read this thread and looked at the map - I had never stepped foot in there! Now I need to see if there are other out of the way outposts elsewhere in Proph (and NF, eotn, and Cantha!) that I may have run past while scraping the walls lol.

I stopped in last night and the place was essentially a ghost town, there were 3 others there that had no idea what i was talking about when i mentioned this thread...will stop in again in a bit (vq'ing mineral springs atm). Hopefully I'll catch some of you there then.

I do remember that 2 years ago the un-official wiki had a wintersday party there. THAT was alot of fun and the perfect locale for a winter party.

Gotta say though, awful lotta snow falling in there....ya know, for a cave...with a ceiling.
